Not the greatest, decent. The walls are way too thin. We live in the first apartment in the building so you hear EVERYTHING when people come in at all hours. There's one washer and dryer in each building and you usually have to wait hours to get anything washed.

Quite often, there is this group of about 5 little girls running through the building screaming at the top of their lungs, banging on your door. Very annoying. Also, I had some strange man banging on my sliding door, harassing me.

I am also a resident and totally agree. My neighbors snore and I can hear them in ALL areas of the the apartment. There are gang members in the courtyard out side my bedroom window argueing about their business....lets just say in 10 yrs it now longer holds the standard it once did. The only positivie is the amount of space one gets for the money. SO the moral of the story is... you get what you pay for.
