We were excited to move here because it looked really nice and the neighbors looked friendly. Well, so far we have had our car broken into, our water shut off twice due to a leak, flooding outside the back door due to NO drainage, people park sideways behind your car so you can't move and various other maintenance issues. Unfortunately we will not be breaking our lease, but we won't be renewing it either.
