Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
We've lived there three years, the only bad thing is noisy neighbors and noisy stereo systems, repairs take a while if they happen and management is good. the price is decent, but our car was broken in too once. You're experience will vary depending on which building you get to live in and who you share it with.
