Idlewood Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Ok so you can say I'm eating my own words now. I had previously posted the review "I'm Happy", well I take every single bit of that back. It is now 8 months later and I'm wishing I never would have moved to this place. Not b/c the apartments themselves are bad but the staff in the office is the most unsympathetic, cold and callous that I've ever seen. First off in addition to my window being busted out of my car 2 months after I posted my last review my car was severley keyed. The vandilism that whomever did was one of the worst that the Sheriff had seen. Now it's June and my apartment was broken in to, mind you I live on the second floor, they pervert scaled the wall to enter through a balcony window. I interrupted the pervert during his work without my knowledge. Thank God my boyfriend was with me or who knows what would have happened to me. Nothing big was taken just really personal things. I went to the office and explained the situation to the apartment manager to have her tell me more or less to bad but I'm not getting out of my lease. I even asked to just be moved to another apartment that was on the 3rd floor to again be told that sure I could do it but it would cost me $1300 dollars for breaking my lease. So to sum my living at Idlewood Apartments up I have had my car window busted out, my car has been keyed all to hell, my apartment building fire alarm has been pulled as a prank, 2 of my neighbors cars have been broken into one of which they even tried to steal and my apartment was broken in but a freaking pervert and they will not allow me out of me less that is up in October anyway. So my suggestion to anyone who is thinking of living here Please take my advice and do not move here. You will regret it.
