No more Grills'

My lease states that I may have a grill for cooking. Just received a "flyer" on my door that I have 48 hours to get rid of it or face a $100 fine. Lease also states that I, the resident, will be given a 60 day notice of any changes made to the lease. Am I missing something here or is management at Idlewood breaking their own lease'

I know this is VERY old news, but an entire apartment building (my building) burned down in October of 2006, presumably because of a cheap grill that got blown over. It doesn't surprise me that they will be VERY sensitive about grills now...
