I have lived at Idlewood for a little over a year now and will soon be relocating to a bigger apartment because we like it so much here. When I moved to Indianapolis in 2007, I looked at several different apartment complexes and this was the only one that really stuck out to me. The property is very well kept, the outside of the apartments are nice, and the office staff was very friendly and eager to get me to sign a lease. I needed a place in a hurry and they worked quickly to get my apartment ready for me when I needed it. I think it is pretty quiet here and a laidback communnity. Every time I go to the office someone comes out right away to greet me and is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is very helpful when there is problem that needs fixed and they do it in a timely manner. I also like the sense of knowing that they are around 24 hours in case of an emergency. It seems pretty safe living here. The fence issue was a problem in the beginning, but maintenance has done a great job keeping up with it...even though it is technically not our fence. I like that they take the responsibility of keeping up with it for our safety when they technically dont have to. I enjoy living here and it feels more like home to me and I love how everyone on the staff is so nice and friendly! It is a great convience having Marsh and Target right next door, along with a variety of restaurants. Everything seems to be only a short drive away from what ever you may need and is very close to downtown. I definetly recommend living here! I know I will be here for a few more years!
