I lived here for 5 years. Only left because I got married. The apartments are spacious and attractive. I liked the high ceilings and the fact that there was a place for a washer and dryer within the apartment itself. The view from my balcony was gorgeous. I enjoyed watching the ducks and boaters. I didn't feel like I was in the city of Indy at all. The only problem I really had while there was that I had a leak that they never seemed able to fix. Finally, they offered to let me move to a different unit which was a little nicer, which I liked, but the hassle of moving was a drag. Overall, my neighbors were nice although further down the street, there was occasionally some police action at night which made me uncomfortable. Glad I lived in the building where I did. Plus, the location was near both the airport and the freeway, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great apartment for the money!
