They jam you up with unfair charges when you move out

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
When I had a problem with a neighbor and his loud music at 4 in the morning their advice to me was to switch apartments. After paying the required amount to break my lease, I was charged an additional $100 for phantom cleaning costs. They don't care about their tenants.
