Any promises that are made to you from the front office you'd better get in writing. They DO NOT honor their verbal agreements.
Also, when considering a transfer they showed me an uncleaned smelly unit. Also did not get a utility bill for 3 months and then sent me an eviction notice. Change apt rules at will.

Beautiful lake like view, but grounds are lacking as well as front office.
