I have lived at Island Club for a year and I have more complaints than likes. First of all, the apartments are falling apart! The walls have cracks in them. The painting job by the staff is horrible. There are leaks everywhere! The patios are nasty and never have been taken care of. The screens always fall out of your patio door. I live on the bottom floor and you hear everything from above you and next to you. The maintenance is not very good at fixing what needs to be fixed, rather, they like to make excuses. It does not seem safe at all. You have kids running around everywhere with no supervision. People shoot off fireworks out their window at all hours of the day and night and nothing is every done, even if you complain. There is geese and duck poop everywhere, but they want you to pick up your dogs poop everytime. It doesn't make a difference because everywhere you go you step in poop. Cats sleep on your car. It is just horrible. I don't like the place and can't wait to move out in a few months! Don't let the lake fool you!
