Manager is a drug dealer!

I have lived at Island Club for 2 years and have seen it get worse each day. The manager is dating a resident that is known for drug dealing in the area. The manager is never in the office but is regularly seen at this resident's unit. The office staff is rude and does not respond to complaints.
Maintenance is terrible. My apartment has leaked from the roof for 2 years now everytime it rains. Horrible place. Do not move here.

What is the manager's name? Does she still work there?

I think it's Kim Shoueten(sp?), she used to work at Cross Creek on Georgetown Rd. I don't know if she is still there or not since I no longer live there. But I can tell you that it was not a good experience when she took over. It wasn't great before she took over, but at least I didn't feel like I was living in the ghetto.
