THIS PLACE IS A JOKE I'VE BEEN LIVING THERE ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND I'VE HAD A FEW PROBLEMS TO START MY HEATING BILL OVER THE WINTER WAS OVER 250.00 EVERY MONTH AND MY ROOM STAYED FREEZING COLD WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN INSTEAD OF THEM COMING OUT 2 SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS THEY TRIED TO TELL ME HOW 2 FIX IT NEEDLESS 2 SAY I WENT THE WHOLE WINTER IN A COLD BEDROOM THAT I HAD 2 BY A HEATER 4.SECONDLY EVERY TIME U CALL THE OFFICE ABOUT A COMPLAINT THEY TRY TO TELL U WHAT U NEED 2 DO BEFORE SENDING SOMEONE OUT THE APARTMENTS R INFESTED WITH GEESE POOP THE GEESE WALK AROUND THROUGH THE STREETS AND ON THE PATIOS AND LAY EGGS RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR BEDROOM WINDOWS LIKE THEY PAY RENT THERE.THIRDLY WHEN I MOVED IN IT HAD A SMOKE SMELL THAT WAS SO BAD I FINALLY INSPECTED THE APARTMENT AND SAW THAT THE WAS WERE PAINTED OVER AND IN THE CORNERS WERE BROWN LIKE IT HAD PRVIOUS SMOKE OR FIRE DAMAGE 2 THE APARTMENT, BOTH BATHROOM SINKS HAD 2 BE REPLACED DUE TO THE EXTREME MOLD AND MILDEW THAT WERE ON THEM FROM OBVIOUS WATER DAMAGE THAT HAD PREVIOUSLY ACCURED BEFORE I MOVED IN, 2 TOP THE WHOLE STORY OFF I PAID MY RENT BY MONEY ORDER THIS PAST MONTH AND PUT IT IN THE NIGHT DEPOSIT BOX I RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL FROM THEIR ATTORNEY A WEEK LATER STATING THE APARTMNTS WERE SUING ME 4 NON PAYMENT OF RENT SO I CALLED AND ASKED THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WHY WAS I RECEIVING THE LETTER AND SHE STATED 4 NON PAYMENT OF RENT I ASKED HER HOW WHEN I PUT IT IN THE DROP BOX SHE SAID WE DON'T KNOW BUT WHATEVER HAPPENED I DON'T THINK ITS OUR FAULT BEFORE SHE EVEN DECIDED 2 LOOK 4 IT SHE TRIED 2 MAJE IT SEEM SINCE SHE IS THE ON THAT HANDLES THE MONEY THAT SHE WAS EXEMPT FROM MAKING A MISTAKE OR MIS PLACING IT 2 MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY STILL CANT FIND IT AND THE MANAGER TRIED 2 THREATEN 2 PROCEED WITH THE EVICTION IF I DIDN'T STOP GETTING SMART I TOLD HIS ------ --- 2 DO WHAT HE NEEDS 2 DO I'LL STOP PAYMENT ON THE ONES THAT R LOST AND WHEN THEY SEND ME THE MONEY THATS WHEN THEY'LL GET PAID UNTIL THEN THEY R NOT GETTIN NOTHING FROM ME UNTIL NEXT MONTH I WILL PERSONALLY TAKE IT IN AND HAVE THEM HAND ME A RECEIPT.

Maintenance is good, and the office staff are always friendly and willing to help. The Geese can be irritating but the large pond is very nice to have on the patio or balcony. I've lived there for 2 years and will renew my lease soon. Covered parking is great.
