For one, the --- manager can not get along with any resident. My neighbor threatened to blow up my house and nothing was done about it! I had my vehicles broken into several times. Windows were broken out on my truck, total cost $900.00. my car stereo was stolen, and there was an attempt to break into my apartment. The manintenance guy has afternoon delight off property with several females. That is unknown to his wife, which lives on the property. The maintenance supervisor is strung out on vicodins from the prior painter, who didn't paint. If you like drugs this is the perfect apartment for you! Every building has a dealer. The Puerto Rican maintenance man is the only good guy there. The blonde in the office has good days as well.

I LOVE the Puerto Rican Maintenance man, only he's not from Puerto Rico, he's from Panama. He is always helpful and friendly. The maintenance manager may be strung out, but he works hard. It's just the other one that can never be found working. He's always with a female or in his own apartment.

...so how do you guys know about all of that drug trafficking? I lived during the same time period, and the only thing that I noticed was that the security officer was never around... or parked in and stationary somewhere...a dealer in every building? really? I have a hard time believing that, but maybe I was just out of the loop?

How did you end up getting out of your lease (for the person that lived there 2001-2005)? All these problems, you think you should be able to get out no problem, but they are trying to tell me in order to break the lease, i have to pay all these fines...

To the response dated 4/30/08. I was very blessed, I decided to move out of state just as my lease was ending, so I didn't have to deal with the "fees", I just didn't renew the darn lease. Talk to the IN Attorney General's Office, they may be able to give you some insight into tenant rights
