I recently just moved in and i love these apartments...The price is just right, and i love having a balcony to look out on the water. I used to live here and was curious how the crime rate was, I thought about moving back because I aswell loved it when I lived there. After reading some reviews I am a little aprehensive because it sounds as though the place has gone quite down hill.

I just looked at other places and reviews because my lease was coming to an end. I mainly wanted to get closer to work but I could not find a 2br/2bath, washer, dryer, sunken living room with 20 foot ceilings, huge back porch overlooking water and fountain with beautiful wildlife anywhere. The view is very calming and the staff is looking out for people who don't belong in the community. Crime is everywhere. I just make sure I don't put myself in harms way no matter where I am. I elected to stay because I like the area better than where I work (Fishers).

Plus the price for all that is just awesome. I mean you get a car port and all other amenities..i would definitely recommend here to anyone. Im glad you opted to stay.
