I have lived at Ivy Knoll for over 2 years. The current office lady is the rudest most uncompasionate person I have ever meet. I have two small children and my refridgerator has been on the fritz for a year and a half. It finally bit the dust and I was told that if I had anymore problems that it would be replaced. Unfortantully that was not true. I had to literly fight and call a sister property to get a new one. I was told I had to go almost 10 days with a non working refriderator because the maint. man was on vacation. She refused to call and get someone else out to replace it. She was extremely rude and not to mention in front of my 6 year old daughter. If you or anyone you know are looking for an apt. this is not the place if you look for a friendly office staff. The maint. staff is great it is the office that sucks. I will not renew my lease here or at any complex that this company owns and I would suggest you to do the same. IF YOU LOVE TO BE DISRESPECTED THIS IS THE PLACE TO LIVE!!!
