I've only been living here for three months and already I am considering breaking my lease because of all the problems I have experienced. First, my a/c has broken down not once, but twice on days that were over 80 degrees. My apartment was not ready whenever I moved in. I had a serious bug problem (earwigs and spiders) until they actually came and sprayed the place...which took about a month for them to get here. Then whenever it rains really hard the ceiling in my bathroom leaks, flodding the bathroom, and that problem took two times to fix. Now the guy that lives below me is a wierdo and keeps leaving me notes about every little noise he hears from my apartment...toilet lits closing, cabinets shutting, phones ringing. I don't think I can take the stress of this place anymore. Yes, the apartment is in a great location, but it is definitely not worth it.
