Good ol' Jade North. This place definately has some issues, but also some redeemable qualites. Great for 1 person who is usually on the go. Due to the fact it is located right in Broad Ripple it can really be a fun place to live. My neighbors where great and some of the best I ever had. My main beefs with this place were the plumbing and the pool. The pool was disgusting. In the winter it is not cover and it practically glowed a toxic green color. Bottom line it is just old. I didn't have any bug problems or really anything major go wrong. So, if you are looking to not spend a lot of money than it really isn't that bad. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
