Good locale, cheap rent, what-else is there...

...If you agree with the title of this review, the place is perfect for you. If, however, you demand more of an apartment complex, expect to pay more if you plan to live in the B.R. area, but keep looking.
Parking sucks at night, maintenence is sluggish, a little theft from vehicles, my sliding glass balcony door leaked air badly--especially noticable in the winter--and maintenence recommeded I duct tape the door shut (excectly!), in the summer there are these little black flying bugs you can't get rid of, and last but not least, the apartment complex wants 60 days notice before vacating...even after your lease is up. That is all the bad stuff I could think of.
The good' Again, great location, cheap rent ($610 month for a two bedroom).
