I lived at Janus Lofts for just over a year and would not recommend it. The building itself, is very "cool," but don't let this overshadow the fact that the management company is horrible, it is loud, and not clean.
The wall separating my unit from the one next was paper thin (to the point where I was able to hear the tenant next door go to the bathroom). Beyond that, it was very noisy from the street traffic and people in the hall.
Management was absolutely horrible. Any issue I had was blatently ignored. My car got towed from it's spot (that I paid $100/mo for) and they said it was my fault (I just deducted the towing charge from my rent and refused to pay it). Upon moving out, it took over 4 mos to recieve my damage deposit (IN law provides they must return it or give reason they didn't after 60 days) and this was only after I threatened them with an attorney.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place: it's noisy and management is incompetent. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
