I've only lived in my apartment for a month but I love it. So far I've only run into a few problems but its not anything that I want to talk down about the community or the management. I love the floor plan and for the price I'm paying you can't find an apartment in the area with the same square footage. Another great point I feel is how quite the community is. I know this seems a little hard to believe with i-65 being right beside it, but I've not noticed any kind of problems with tenants like I have in other apartments I've lived in. The maintence staff I think is great. I had a problem with my toilet when I first moved in, so I called and they sent someone over not 20 mins after I called. The great part was that Comcast had come to hook up cable and needed permission to run under the carpet, the maintence guy signed for it with this exact phrase "ok to run under carpet, whatever makes resident happy." The only complaint I really have is when I run my dryer it shakes my entire apartment. I asked the couple who live below me if they can hear it and they said no. So far so good, I'll keep everyone informed if anything changes.

I agree !!! I've been here a month and a half now it is very quiet !!! My washer and dryer were on the fritz when I moved in and they replaced both with new ones within a couple days of my issue! I love it here ! I hear an occasional dog bark which is amazing since there are a lot of dogs around here. I never see anyone or hear anyone though ! It's great ! I hope the summer is the same way when it comes.
