The pictures on the Keeneland Crest website make it look so nice. I especially like the picture of the hot tub that I have never seen in any kind of working order. It's usually filled with algae.
What you don't see is the grass so covered in animal feces that it is like walking on a mine field, the sand volleyball court aka litterbox, or the vacuum cord that is snapped in half at the "car wash." I could go on and on.
On top of all of these issues the office staff really doesn't help matters. They are rude and incompetent. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
