For example, we had a broken light fixture in our hallway for over two months. I don't mean a burned out bulb, I am talking about a fixture that fell and shattered on the hallway floor. How could something this annoying to deal with and potentially dangerous go unnoticed for so long'

On top of this the neighbors tend to store the trash they don't feel like taking to the dumpster in the communal hallway. This, as you can imagine, creates a horrific smell.

There are so many terrible things that go on at this complex that I could write forever.
