We lived in this hell-hole for 2 (long, miserable) years. There is so much to say about it I don't even know where to start.

If you do get suckered into living here- make sure you live on the top floor. We didn't, and we could hear every single thing that the people above us were doing (walking around, flushing toilet, talking, turning on/off light switches) I mean everything!

Also- none of our appliances worked. They would run- but they didn't actually function the way they were supposed to. the dryer took 3 cycles to dry a normal load of laundry on HIGH. The dishwasher would send things out dirtier than they were put in. Since the appliances ran- there was nothing that we could do about them.

Our washing machine leaked and flooded our entire apartment 3 times- and ruined our carpet! They had the nerve to charge us when we moved our for replacing the carpet!

This is seriously not a professionally run place- the office is really disorganized. One month they sent a letter that said we had turned in our keys to move out- but they came in our apartment and we were still living there, so we needed to pay rent. We had payed 3 weeks before (and they had already cashed our check)and we hadn't even turned in our keys.

Also- my roomates window leaked THE ENTIRE TIME that we lived lived there. We called at least 10 times and wrote several letters. they would send the maintenace people over- and they attempted to fix it- but it had been happening so long that the wood was warped and the whole thing needed to be replaced. obviously, they were too cheap to do that, so every time it rained water would pour in her window.
