Don't be fooled!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The first thing you will notice when you arrive home after a long day of work is that the hallway that leads to your home smell terrible. It's a mix of ethnic food, garbage, and smelly feet. The best part about this is you will probably lose weight because it smells so bad you'll lose your appetite. The upkeep is awful. Things are broken and never fixed. Calls to report a maintenance problem do little to no good. The walls are paper thin and extremely noisy. My favorite sound was hearing my neighbor's two 65 pound dogs barking at 3:30 a.m. I received a notification of a noise violation I allegedly made for night that I wasn't even home. I have lived in different apartments for the past ten years and have NEVER, NEVER had a complaint made against me. The icing on the cake was their refusal to return my deposit. They claimed they mailed it but it was odd because I never received it. Had to go so far as to hire an attorney and threaten a lawsuit. They eventually but reluctantly returned the money.
