All thought the office staff gives the impression of being supportive with their smiles; they do nothing to follow-up to confirm complaints are resolved.

Our apartment was filthy when we move in, grease everywhere in the kitchen, soap scum in the bathroom, crud on top of dryer with clogged outlets. Several complaints were submitted, when the maintenance staff purportedly resolved the problem, while we were out of the apartment --- items where either disregarded or unfinished. At one point, we had fecal substance and sanitary napkins backing up into the bathtub and dishwasher almost to the top of the tub caused from grease clogged up in the dishwasher. Then the maintenance had an arrogant, condescending manner when called to repair the problem.

Then management had the audacity to send a letter telling us what we could put down the disposal. Despite the fact, we had lived here less than a month. I would suggest the maintenance department do preventative maintenance and appropriately correct items of complaint. Therefore, given these accounts, the maintenance staff is utterly incompetent.

The common grounds are full of dog feces because residents let their dogs run free and do not clean up after them. Management puts up signs in the entryway, however, fails to enforce this policy.

The price for monthly rent is way overpriced for unskilled management and a useless maintenance staff. However, in the few months remaining on our lease, I will be diligent in spreading our experience with this poorly run community. There are so many legalities to tie one up in the lease, the corporate owners should re-evaluate and allow very dissatisfied residents to move without thousands of dollars in penalties.

This is a shame as we did look forward to living in this community and this side of town.

I am a current resident. The penalties are very high for this poorly maintained community. Also as said in the above review, there are dog faeces all over the community ground. Sometimes i find the dog faeces right in front of the window or patio. The main reason i dislike this community and waiting for my lease period to get over and to move out of this community is --- the office staff especially, a lady called Tiffany is very rude in talking and shows rude, devilish faces even while talking in a polite manner.
