Downhill Slide From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006   Slow and steady progression into being a dump. Management frequently lets "outsiders" park large trucks, landscaping equipment, and rv's in the few available parking spaces. Paying residents are requirerd to pay additional rent for a nearby carport or park a significant distance from their building. The fountains on the ponds are repeatedly down. Management says that maintenance will fix them as soon as they can. Evidently they don't have enough maintenance because several of the fountains have been broken for over a year and a half. Exterior hall doors are warped and do not close properly. This lets the bugs in during the summer and the cold in during the winter. Maintenance responds pretty quickly but rarely fixes the problem on the first attempt. Overall, you will get a poor return on your rental dollars.
