Unless you would prefer to live around very inconsiderate neighbors (many which will let their dogs poop in your yard and not clean it up) then i would say to keep moving. I know that no matter what apartments most people live in there are always going to be problems. I'm not going to tell you that this place is horrible, but i think they need to make improvements for the amount of money we pay for this place. First off when we moved in there were many bleach stains in the carpet along with candle wax, a hole in our bedroom wall, hole in the bedroom door, scratched up walls from dogs that lived there before...along with MANY MANY other problems. Well we were promised that most of this stuff would be fixed within a week...none were ever addressed again. Trying to get maintenance to fix something...well you might as well do it yourself. They take forever to show up and when they actually do, they aren't the greatest (especially when they come in when you aren't home and pee in your toliet and decide not to flush it, yes this really happened.) On the bright side, parking isn't an issue and the office staff seems ok...

I have lived at Keeneland Crest for 2 years and I do agree that they did have a maintenance issue in the past but they have a new maintenance staff and the service is great now. I also agree that the dog poop is an issue but I feel this due to irresponsible pet owners not the apartment itself.
