Though it sickens and emarrasses me to know that these reviews are of the place where me and my family live, I'm glad to see them. We moved in last April and have been VERY unhappy, since day one. Actually, signing the lease should have been a red flag for us. The leasing agent, and I don't care if I'm not allowed to use her name or not...Tiffany, acted put-off and was down right rude at the fact that we wanted to see the apartment we were signing the lease for. After telling her we wouldn't sign, she finally took us down there. We had several issues on our check list, and they ALL were overlooked for several months. One problem being holes in the screen. I contacted the manager, Angie, several time and even spoke with her personally about the screen. One time I was told it was on b/o and another time I was told they would be out that day. These same conversations went on for months. That doesn't include all the plumbing issues we've had. We had our car window busted, money stolen, with no sign of forced entry into the apartment, poor security lighting, which is not safe for poeple to walk there dogs...which leads to the discusting mess. I cannot take my dog out without stepping in someone elses dog crap! I even take my dog over near the dumpster thinking someone would surely not be too lazy to throw it in. Wrong! We even get it on our sidewalks and on the carpet in the hallways. Most, but not all of our neighbors seem to be ok with this, which I find completely disgusting. Since April we've had so many issues and problems with maintenance and the office staff, I would give almost anything to get out of here, but you know they would charge us like crazy if we dare try to break our "lease agreement". I went as far as contacting the regional manager for Harbor Group Mgt., who interestingly enough, wouldn't return my calls or emails. I've emailed corporate and have not heard a word. Please, save your money and your dignity and keep looking!
