I moved in 9/2008, I have Multiple Sclerosis and I advised ------- upon signing my lease that my son would not be living with me; however, he would be over alot. Back in November, I recieved a violation, I corrected the situation. Now on May 27, 2008; I recieve a phone call from -----(Property Manager)that he needed to speak with me, I ask what this was concerning and he responded, "Oh, don't act stupid!" He proceeded to tell me there were 3 police reports on my apartment from the previous weekend, there was no one at my apartment over the holiday weekend. I looked up the incident reports from the past 3 years and not one of the reports mention my apartment. He now is threatning eviction and trespass charges against my son. He is such a joy to speak with, due to his fowl language and unprofessional comments.

This is typical customer service at Keeneland Crest! Unfortunately, this is what you should expect if you sign a lease here! You should write a letter to the Harbor Group Managing Company!

YOU don't live in our complex but your son does. If that is what you "advised", then you LIED. Your son has been in and out of jail and all the while letting his "girlfriend" stay in the apartment, throw parties and smoke pot. Then, when he got out, took a wooden stick from the closet and carved obscenities in the paint of her car and busted out her windows. Don't try to play the victim. The victims in this situation are the poor people in the building you say you live in. Noone feels sorry about your situation. The apartment manager is only trying to deal with the situation that your poor, joy of a son has caused. The most you are ever in the complex is to sit in your car, and lay on your horn at all hours of the day and night. Do us all a favor and move him to another complex.
