Well I will start by this has been a very long 11 months!! When I first visited Keeneland Crest I felt like the staff was nice, but very pushy but I decided to rent anyway. The main reason I chose Keeneland Crest was the rent was reasonable and it SEEMED like a clean, friendly place to live, wow I was wrong. The entire time that I have lived here I have had numerous issues with extremely noisy neighbors, dirty hallways, over flowing dumpsters, and an apartment complex that isn't maintained. The majority of the residents that live in Keeneland Crest own pets, but they DO NOT pick up after them and nothing is ever done about it. At one point there was even poop smeared on the wall in our hallway for months, welcome home!! I feel like the maintenance staff is simply employed to drive around on golf carts and smoke cigarettes and the office staff is RUDE and condescending!! Overall they don't honor what they offer, which you can see is true from the other postings on this site. Overall the amentities are run down and usually broken. The workout room is ALWAYS messy and the equiptment is usually broken. The car wash is a disaster the vacuum hose has been messed up since we moved in and most of time the trash is over flowing and the whole area is dirty. An extra amenity is the garage that is completely distroyed near the office and it has been that way for 2 months! Whatever you do don't move into Keeneland Crest you will get LESS than you bargained for!!!!
