One Year happy and Counting!

My roomate and I have lived here for over a year and have not experienced any of the problems previously mentioned. Our apartment is very nice and the property always appears to be well kept. Our lease is up soon and we have decided to stay another year. Based on my previous apartment experiences this is definitely one of the better ones.
