I was not shown my apartment until after I was pressured into signing a lease - when I signed, I didn't even know that it was a 12 month lease - no other options were ever discussed. This place is SOOOOO bad that I'm moving out after just a few days (1 week!) and paying the $2800 to break the lease just to get out. The washer and drier tore up my clothing - the two loads I did before I realized they were getting RIPPED and STAINED with black grease - every article of clothing is trashed. The toilet runs and won't flush - the refriger makes a dripping/leaking sound constantly and I cannot get my patio door to LOCK no matter what I try. The particle board under the bathroom sink is damp, so they put more paint over top - which won't dry either - so don't try to store anything there. The hallway outside STINKS - I have no idea what to compare it to - never smelled anything so bad. The people below me use a charcoal grill on their patio so that I cannot have my windows open. My one word of advice: RUN, don't walk, away from this place.
