i broke my lease and not soon enough

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
i hate this apartment complex. i broke my lease after 3 months and paid $1,600 to do it just to get the hell out. the police were called three times in a month on the neighbors next to me and twice the guy was drug out after they had to kick in the door...and this was after i called "security" to report the issue. and then i was given a written warning because my cat got out ONE time. the managment in this place is a joke.
