Beware of the lease rules

Office employees do not tell you the fine details of the lease rules. They only become aware of those when their manager tell them. Rude Manager. Be aware of the rules completely before you sign the lease. Apartment was under-prepared for moving in. Lots of stains on carpet, cracked walls, rusty water taps. Even stains on walls. Not recommended.
