Unfortunately I lived in this dumb for 13 months, because I was not allowed to break my lease even though racoons infested my building, would climb on my balconey. A thug lived downstairs would have drunk friends over all the time, they would urinate in the hallway. He ended up holding a gun to his girlfriends head. A broken down car with the words "----" "-----" etc sat in the parking lot for months. I was supposed to see my apartment before move in was not allowed. I asked for a fireplace did not get one. When i left I asked for a walk through, they told me no one was available to give me one even though, ----- had told me a month before to call the day I moved and someone would come do a walk through. Then they sent me a letter charging me for a dirty stove, although the apartment was spotless when I left. I had pictures of it though on my digital camera.
The place looks nice on the outside, but for the prices they want and the lack of services they give it is a waste of your money. The office staff treats you like you are ignorant, although you probably have more education than they do.
They are super sweet until you sign the lease, then it's over. Good luck getting any help. The fitness center is a joke, most of the equipment and machines are broken. The people that mow the grass blow grass all over the sidewalks and your vehichles. The hallways are vacuumed maybe once every 2 months. When it snows they rarely plow or salt.
Don't waste your money. That place is a joke

Don't forget about the murder-suicide on Boggs Creek Ct.! I lived there for nearly 6 years (it was beautiful and under different management when I moved in)...they charged me for a dirty oven too...whata crock! It's a dump and getting worse daily..it's unsafe..and the staff are nothing more than slum lords.

Yes I lived right upstairs of the guy that murder his girlfriend then shot himself. They lived in my building and fought all the time. So glad I moved when I did. It's sad because it could be a nice place.
