I am writing prior to moving-in however I can say so far the staff has been exceptional, very easy and pleasant to work with. In regards to some of the previous complaints I question if people were being treated as they should have been e.g. difficult or impossible to meet expectations on the ends of the renters. I find it really surprising (almost unbelievable) that someone would sign a lease without seeing the apartment. I mean seriously' I was shown two apartments and was given the keys to view them in private individually to decide the one I wanted. The unit I decided on looked amazing, clean maybe new carpet, solid fixtures and new kitchen flooring and it smelled good.
The unit I decided not to get was closer to the highway and from the second floor it was clear that road noise would be a problem.

Wow. Talk to me in a year. The two of us paid our rent early every month, cleaned up other peoples trash that was left outside on a regular basis, dealt with calling the police when the apts wouldn't do anything about people urinating on doors, walls and the hallway carpet. We dealt with racoons bigger than my oversized mini-pin. We swept the hallway carpet when they would drag insulation down from the attic. We paid almost 200.00 elec. bills b/c the rodents ate through the heating ducts and we were heating the attic more so than our own apts. The two of us work in public safety and you are going to judge us? They tried charging us 25.00 for a "dirty" stove. The condition of our apt when we moved was impecible!!! The day we moved was the day we got a foot of snow and we still left it in move-in condition dispite how we were treated. Like I said...comment on here in a year and see how your "opinions" are then. You would have been lucky to have neighbors like us.

I hope you are wrong, but I can truthfully say that so far none of the claims on here on of abuse have panned out for me. The front desk is usually pretty helpful and friendly and picked up my name really quick which was a surprise consider how little I have had to deal with them. My experience in life tells more often than not people are treated in a manner which they deserve, we'll see how it goes when I move out. I do have a couple of small beefs I will add however. 1) The gym area needs to be painted and cleaned badly, some of the equipment needs repair. 2) I had to ask for a replacement air filter twice. 3) I observed that the air vents for the dryers are very drafty, if you do not shut your washer/dryer door you can expect to have a cold drafty bathroom in the winter (simple solution: shut the door) To anyone reading this, something you should know about this place which isn't advertised is I would say a LARGE portion of the tenants here are foreign nationals working here for the state or Lilly on H1B contracts, by foreign nationals I mean from ------- working large IT contractors like Tata,IBM and InfoSys, aside from taking jobs from hard working Americans like myself they are decent people and fair enough neighbors (meaning not likely to steal your car radio or sleep with your wife while you are at work) another thing that hasn't made it to the brochure is the quantity and quality of good looking women who live here which will become very apparent when the pool is opened up in the spring.
