THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE WORST I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. THE STAFF IS LAZY, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS. THEY WILL LET ANYONE MOVE IN. MY BUILDING IS SO DIRTY. NO ONE CLEANS, THE YARDS ARE NOT KEPT, NO MAINTAINCE ON THE PROPERTY. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR DUMB, AND LIKE A CHILD. NO RESPECT!!! I HAVE TO CALL 3-5 TIMES TO GET SOMEONE TO COME TARE CARE OF PROBLEMS I AM HAVING. JUST DONT BE ANOTHER VICTIM IN THIS HELL HOLE!

Well I certainly hope you got out Keeneland Crest as soon as you could!! It sounds like you were absolutely miserable there. I know a couple people that live there and they have a completely different perception of the staff there. Please update on your situation if you dont mind...I am curious.
