This place is horrible. If you want to have a unconcerned staff, flooded carpet for weeks on end, rotted wood, no screens on any of your windows, leaky faucets, dirty carpet upon moving in, and the list goes on. Well this would be the place for you. If not seek your shelter elsewhere. I recently signed a one year lease here and I promise this was one of the worst mistakes I've made thus far. When they say you learn from your mistakes, it's no lie. I've learned alot starting with never rent an apartment they are afraid to let you view before renting it. If you put a work in today, expect for it to get completed........NEVER!!! You may as well call a month ahead of time for what you think may go wrong! There is only one, yes ONE maintence man onsite. How on earth could they ever run in an effective manner with only one guy. Please take my advice, and save your self some stress....GO ELSEWHERE please. As soon as this one year is up, I'm outta here. I don't care what I have to do!!! I am almost willing to break my lease and that is horrible. You really want to stay somewhere that the management cares about you...and this is not the place. Oh did I mention that your guests have to have parking passed. I'm sorry do I live in a dorm!!! Words from the new manager...Within the past 9 months, we have made several improvements, starting with new, professional, friendly, devoted staff members that are dedicated to providing excellent and exceptional service. We truly care about our tenants, and our community, and hope you will come visit our community and see for yourself. Recently, we have repaired our parking lots, new roofs, improved our landscaping, Fully staffed-24 hour live on site maintenance staff, new fitness center, and much more planned for 2009! You are correct about one part. Management and staff has improved greatly. However, for the people who actually lived there prior to this, it's very dissapointing. In addition, I wrote this months back and it just now has a response, that's not too attentive. Again, my unit in itself could have used a phone call to the Board of Health and to be truthful to you the only thing that stopped me was the fact that you guys were always nice and pleasant. But that doesn't make your living arrangement better. You should be happy when you pull up to your place, not sad, mad, or embarrased. The units are overpriced for what you get, the models themselves need an upgrade tremendously. It was a little embarrasing for me to have someone come to my door and the front of it was even messed up. In addition, if you have to have parking passes to keep the "riff raff" out. Then I especially had no business living there. Though the staff did make major improvements, the apartments themselves needs them too. And for this #1 reason, I would NEVER be able to refer anyone, nor come back.

Well there was never any IMPROVEMENT with staff. The same crackhead works the front desk, and has sex with the old maintenance man in the back office. They don't answer the phone, they act like they don't see you calling. The place is still the same. The ONLY reason they are makin improvements now is because there have been several calls to the health department and they are FORCING them. and they can't even do that correctly! These places need to be condemmed. Screw them being nice, they are only nice to try to keep you in these dirty rowhouses. I wish my daughter would move out!
