Straight up Good and Bad

I have lived in Kingston square homes for a year and a half and ive had good and bad expierences. Good: Maitence is always fast. Its quiet. Very pretty neighborhood. And i can feel safe walking my son in the neighborhood (not rly a safe side of town. Bad: you never have privacy, all of my friends and family have to get a pass to come in and its just a hassle. There are so many complaints ( my car caught 2 flats and the day it happened was the day i took my tires in to get fixed, by noon they were calling to complain about my car being on flats).****They have the right to raise ur rent whenever they want****
I've had both good and bad expierences here... but after a year and a half its time to go!
