I've lived in the apartments for about several years and I can say that when I first moved there it was very nice. Madonna was in office and she ran the apartments very well. Now her son Tim is in the office and things aren't like they used to be. For starters they put up these hideous wood sculputers that make me cringe whenever I see them. That security that everyone was bragging about doesn't do their jobs anymore. They let anyone in without stopping them. Someone asked why they didn't have to get passes anymore and was told that it was because of the construction going on. BS, it's beacuse security is too lazy to get off their butts and do their jobs. Let me not forget to mention that the apartment managers son works in security and all of his friends now have jobs there nephitism at it's finest people. The walls are thin as hell and I can hear when my neighbors fart and sneeze. Now that they have those newer apartments behind kingston square there's so much rift raft over there it scares me. I hear gunshots being fired at all times of the night.... I will say that the maintenance is the best! That's one good thing I can say, when you call them, they come right out. And I will also say that I feel very safe, in all of the years i've been there i've never heard reports of cars or apartments being broken into. No one has gotten harmed while living there so I guess that's good too.

I agree totally...I moved back this year and it's a hell of a lot different now! It's noisy, the neighbors are disrepectful because they don't care if you have a 9-5. I remember when security use to walk around the apartments. Not anymore, they don't do the parking checks either. I don't feel safe anymore and they gave me a hard time the first time I lived there. Now you have neighbors who blast music all hours of the night have so much company you would think they're running private stores, and sorry to say it's turning into a gated ghetto! Yes they have crackheads little do they know and Tim doesn't care. Hell you hardly see the guy, I just expected them to have the same strict rules they gave me hell about 2 years ago...that's what made them different.
