I have lived at Lake Castlton for nearly 2 years now. Overall I feel that it is a decent community. Yes, it has crime issues but in all fairness crime happens everywhere. Many people have a false sense of security and think they are safe in certain communities. The staff sent several letters out about crime issues and I appreciate that. When I lived in other apartments the staff never let the residents know what was going on.
The staff is great. I want to recognize a few of them. Danny the grounds guy always has a smile on his face and always willing to lend a helping hand, the same with Brian. Wendy in the upstairs office is great! She is always friendly, a great listener and even in very tough situations does a great job.
Lake Castleton is a great value in a very well maintained community.

Obviously written by management.
The crime is literally (I did the math) 7 X's worse in this complex than in all of its neighboring complexes. Check with the sheriff's office and you'll see.
