Previous reviews have talked about the place being a ghetto and the quality of people living there being poor.

1. You get what you pay for, but more drugs get bought in richer areas. Imagine that ... more money.
2. I'm sure you can't deny people a place to live based upon race, size, etc. Talk about a lawsuit...
3. The largest "gang" action i've seen is from Ducks and geese.

From a person who has lived in ghettos, been robbed by crackheads and dodged drive-by shootings, this place is far from the ghetto.

Yes, it is ethically diverse. Yes, it is a good location. Yes, i have called for maintenance and they have answered within the hour and fixed within 4. Not bad service for a new AC blower.

I can afford to live in more expensive places, but why when then I will have to deal with white prejudice.

YES! I nice remark about the viscious gang activity. Honestly anyone who thinks this place is 'ghetto' is more than welcome to stay out.

white prejudice? Its always about white prejudice...just because its a proven FACT that certain areas have more crime and there happens to be more black and/or hispanic people there, automatically its white prejudice...

I couldn't ask for a better place to live for the money.
