Post college apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   -I've had ants in my kitchen in the fall and now they are back in the bathroom. -My upstair neighbors constantly walk around and it sounds like they are going to fall through. -My kitchen and bathroom sinks do not drain. -If you just touch the wall, you leave marks or even crack the paint. -Most of my outlets were painted over. -Numerous reports of crime throughout community. -Before you move here it would be wise to get a crime report. -They just started a new monthly program- a door hanger gets left on a monday and you have a few days to mark anything that's wrong and you'd like fixed and maint. will come pick it back up. I did that and left the hanger on the door and maint. didn't even take it. My problems aren't major, but it gets annoying after awhile to deal with.
