For the price, it's definitely worth it.
Pros:
-Cheap!
-I've always felt safe.
-Maintenance is pretty good.
-The staff is average. They're not super helpful, but they've never been rude or given me any trouble.
Cons:
-There are only two laundry rooms, which are often full and are a LONG walk from most of the apartments.
-There are NO sidewalks are crosswalks around the apartment for those of us who like to walk or take the bus. This is a huge pain in the rain or snow.
-There are quite a few spiders, even when they've sprayed the apartment. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I live at LC as well. But i will say that there are 4 laundry rooms and I run on the walking trails/sidewalks a few times a week here. They are all around the community. I do agree about the spiders....i only have a problem in the summer.
