Don t believe everything u read

First of all I have lived here for over 2 years and I live in the back area off of the lake- I have had no problems in general with the community or with the staff or maintenance. I know there have some break ins here but I really think some people bring that on thereselves with the company they choose to keep-

I keep seeing people saying on here to spend a few more dollars & go across the street to Bay view apts but Bayview is twice as much you will pay $1000 or more for a 2 bedroom apartment last I checked- Who really wants that-Or shadeland station where they use the apartments also to house some of the business college kids-

Lake Castleton is an older community and really it looks good- My daughter and I take walks late at night and walk the lake at night as well and are completely safe-

The maintenance people have always came to fix anything that was wrong in a timely manner and the women in the business office are helpful to- I don t know why people say they aren t because anytime I have needed anything they have helped me out-

So don t believe everything you read especially since there are some people on here that didn t follow rules and got evicted so of course they are mad

I have found that frequently it's how you present yourself and your issues to people that generate the kind of response you receive. I have never had issues with anyone when I have been polite, patient, accomodating, understanding and flexible. You have to have reasonable expectations as well. I also try and find a sense of humor about most things, and I find I get awesome responses in return. Very rarely have I had to get nasty with anyone, or repeatedly deal with the same problems. But, when it's necessary, I don't take any prisoners either!
