There is a reason why they are so cheap.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
I have lived at Lake Castleton for 3 1/2 Years.
I have given them chance after chance to redeem themselves.
If this is what you are looking for then move there. After you sign you lease they turn you over to the business office which they are Sharks! Jacky.
Cops always around doesn't make you feel safe, ants in your apartments even in the winter! The Laundry room looks like a picture out of a horror film. Scary!
Break ins, and raps during the summer.
The office staff acts like Lake Castleton is the Hilton. Believe me I use to be a property manager; so I know how things are suppose to be.
