I have lived here in a few different apartments. I have found out if you live towards the front there is almost no problems, but the further back you go the worst it gets. I have heard at one point they were putting lower income family towards the back instead of the front. The problems we have encountered was the light fixture fall in the bathroom, garbage disposal doesn't seem to aways want to work, the AC ran but never had cold air come out (took them 4 tries to fix it and when they did it was mid sept). With the problems they were always right out here to try to fix it within a few hours. Also had an issue with being over charged on rent but it was fixed right away with the office. Our neighbors are great, but parking not so much. If I get home after ten I have to walk 3 or 4 building to get to mine. Wish they had the gauge things closer to where I am. I do think they do overcharge. The buildings are old, and some are falling apart on the inside, they seem to keep the building close to the front of the place in better shape for the passerby to see.
