I have lived at Lake Castleton Apartments for a year now and its been Hell from day one. First off, there is no security at this place. Yes they do have cop cars driving around once and awhile, but nothing more then that. There always seems to be a major bust going down 2x a week. If you have any problems with the place your living in, the business office really does not care. This includes Jackie and Wendy. They care more about making money then anything else. It will take an average of 2 weeks just for someone to come out and fix a problem. Most of the time, they will come up with the saying " our vendor gives us really bad parts and there isnt anything we can do about it" Im sorry, but If I am paying over 700 a month, I should beable to get better service. Also, they will give you no less then 12 hours notice when they are going to be working on things in/or around your place.
The leasing staff will tell you anything just to get you to sign. Allison, Donna, and the other "Girls" around there dress like they are showing off more of their own bodies then the place. They will tell you anything and everything just for you to sign. Keep in mind that none of the workers there live on site. That should tell you something about this place.
When my lease was up and I wanted to move out, they charged me for things I have never had to pay before when living at an Aimco place. They say its an indianapolis thing, but thats BS.
Overall, STAY AWAY From this place unless you like trash living next to you, service people who do not care about you or your personal items, leasing people who dress more like they are selling their bodies then the place to rent and the office staff who only cares about money, not people.

I live here at lake castleton and i am friends with a few of the people that work there and they are nice....and a few that i know of live here. haha...i thought it was funny about selling their bodies. are you jealous...they look cute and professional.
