Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by so called professionals who are in the customer service industry.The entire management staff is rude and incompetant. They no absolutely nothing about how to properly treat the customer who is signing their paychecks. They purposely separate new clients from existing residents because if the new clients could hear how they will be treated after they sign the lease there, they would run out the door. If you call, they put you on hold in definetly when you finally do get to talk to someone the staff is rude and obnoxious. They blatenly lie to you and treat you like dirt. Wendy the so called manager keeps her self locked in her office and is protected by her other guard dog staff. Instead of being treated with basic respect you are treated like the enemy.They are absolutely horrible to deal with. Nasty !!

We could not be treated any better than we have been treated since we moved in May 2007. Anything goes wrong they are there right away to take care of the problem. We are very very happy and don't understand all of the complainers Keep up the good work.

agree with this 100% - most of the staff here is very rude.

I don't know that the stuff is has been out-right rude to me, but they certainly are incompetent. They do absolutely nothing to make sure that people are safe and happy. I complained many times about my upstairs neighbors to no avail, and these were people who were arrested multiple times on apartment grounds AND even had a full-scale drug raid in their apartment one night. We were having these weird leaking problems on our bathroom ceiling. We found out from the maintenance guy (who was one of the only thoughtful people we ever dealt with here) that the upstairs neighbor had overflowed the tub so many times that now all of the drywall and stuff would have to be replaced. Did they get kicked out? Nope! They just gave them a new tub. Also, there's a rule about having a person live with you if they aren't on the lease, but mid-way through my upstairs neighbor's lease, she moved out and let her brother stay there for the rest of the time. This is totally against the rules, but when management found out, they did nothing. Either they are just stupid and lazy, or one of those girls was banging this guy. What do YOU all think?
