The truth is the only people who take the time to write this stuff are the ones who have nothing better to do but complain. If they took the time to realize every place has their problems they wouldnt write half that stuff. I have been living in Lake Castleton for about 6 months now and its not that bad. Sure if your looking for something to be wrong your going to find it. Taking the opinion of several bitter reviews or even this one for the sake of argument should not be your determining factor of this place. Its Indianapolis your going to have things happen no matter if they are here or there. With that said in my opinion Lake Castleton is a decent place to live.
